Observation: Prep cooler temp is fluctuating at time of visit- between 6-8 oC - foods were ok operator reported the issue.

Comments

-Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers are < or = 4C with the exception of noted cooler
- Freezers temp<-18 oC
- High temperature dishwasher temp reached 71oC at the plate level.
- 100 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottle
- Dry storage is ok
- Ice machine is maintained. Ice scoop is stored properly.
-Deeper well is working
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Permit is posted
- Good personal hygiene noted by staff
* Discussed log sheet requirement: Ensure to record temp monitoring data for coolers, freezers ( at least twice daily), dishwasher ( at least once daily) and sanitizer concentration ( once daily)
* Discussed table service (none) in case of any service vaccination card to be verified - operator reported sometimes server is helping/serving elderly or disabled customers discussed putting sign to address vaccination card verification requirement.
