Follow up visit: Checked line cooler temperature. Temperature in main compartment and top insert line was less than 4C. Cloth is still being used on prep counter for making spring rolls - this is not food safe. Remove cloth and prep spring rolls on an approved food contact surface. **Please make sure that cloths are being stored in bleach solution, not just sitting on the prep counters**
