Corrective Action(s): Scoops should be in containers inside fruit OR in containers inside cooler unit external from frozen fruit. Handles should not be able to fall into fruit.
The way in which the ice scoop is stored should be similar to fruit scoops however should be stored inside freezer unit.

NOTE: Invoices provided for food items found in cooler unit. EHO to confirm suppliers are approved by VCH (Guys with Knives, Upmeals and The Juice Truck). Ensure all suppliers are from food sources inspected by a government agency and are approved to operate/sell/produce food.
