- All milk dispensers </=4C

- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 74C on the dish surface
- Ice machine & ice scoop kept in a sanitary manner
- Sanitizer pails had 200ppm QUATS
- 3 compartment sink had 200ppm QUATS dispenser
- Food is kept 6" off the ground
-General sanitation is satisfactory, no sign of pests.
- Phantom pest control on contract with monthly visits
- Chemicals stored away from any food
