Significant cleanup has occurred -droppings have been removed and floors appear to be disinfected -you are to check EVERY MORNING for any more droppings and clean/disinfect accordingly Orkin Pest Control came last Friday -report indicates 1 mouse was caught near receiving area -contracted to come in every 2 weeks *-operator to send the pest control reports to me for updates (email) -goods off the floor in Dry Storage room -foods in rodent proof containers -paper towels in dispensers at handsinks -Operator indicates workers have been signed up for FOODSAFE Level 1 -operator is working on the labels for the chips/samosas for other retail stores -indicates within the month Premise okay to re-open -a follow-up inspection within the month
