Observation: The dishwasher was not in good working order as it started to foam and had to be turned off druing the inspection.
-Repair the dishwasher within two business days use single use take-out containers only in the meanwhile and manually wash, rinse, sanitize, & airdry any equipment (e.g. jugs) used in the kitchen using the two compartment sink.

Comments:
-Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the hand sink.
-Front display cooler (containing sandwiches) and under the counter cooler containing milk, ham,eggs etc.) were 4°C (40°F) or cooler.
-Upright cooler (containing non-potentially hazardous foods such as raw lemons, pop) was at 8°C.
-Freezer temperature was satisfactory.
-Temperature records were being maintained.
-Refrigeration units were equipped with accurate thermometers.

-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle. Reminder Ensure the chlorine sanitizer is changed a few times each week.
-no signs of recent pest activity at the time of inspection
-Ice machine was in a clean condition.
-Food storage areas were clean and organized.

-The food safety plan and sanitation plan was reviewed with staff. Please provided the area public Health Inspector with a revised food safety plan within 1 week. →Date To Be Corrected By: 1 week
