Observation: Rodent droppings were found throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Determine and block potential entry points for rodents to prevent further infestations in the facility. Contact professional pest control services as needed. To prevent further infestation ensure all foods are stored in pest proof containers, store foods off the ground, remove any organic waste from the facility nightly, remove any standing water in the facility, and maintain the facility in good sanitary condition.

Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas with rodent droppings and sanitize using at 1:10 bleach solution. Monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza cooler was defrosting at the time of inspection. Bottom was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was at 200ppm.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 28, 2023
