Temperature control: all cooler units are at or below 4C. All freezer units are at or below -18C
Note: Under the counter prep cooler not in use. Operator was instructed to unplug and not store any perishable food.
Manual dishwashing sanitizer is Quat @ 200 ppm - good
Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
Sanitizer bottles are used. Quat 200 ppm measured.
Floor is clean and food is stored above the ground.
Dishwashing and hand washing signs are provided to operator.
Covid-19 signs and Safety Plan noted.
