Comments

Routine inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature chemical dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available for food contact surfaces
- Walk in, and preparation coolers were 4C or lower; walk in freezer inside walk in cooler is not in service and used as dry storage space
- Cooler for condiments was recorded to be 14C; operator stated it is used during lunch rush and then food items are moved to cooler once lunch rush is gone
- Chest and upright freezers were -18C or lower
- No evidence of pest control observed during inspection; Pest control company comes once a month
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
