Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:

Back of house - under dry storage shelving between electrical panel and entrance, under shelving between walk-in freezer and corner pillar, along wall under donut station, behind grease trap under dishwashing sinks, under chemical storage shelving and under desk in staff room.
Front of house - (left side of service area) on floor along walls and cabinets from front counter swing gate extending to doorway leading to back of house.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
