Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Water was not available at the two compartment sink at the start of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff adjusted faucet with tool and hot and cold running water was made available. It was stated that faucet loosens over time and will be replaced. Operator to notify EHO once new faucet is in place.

402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cook and prep line staff member observed washing gloved hands under running water, then proceeding to continue working at prep/cook line.
Corrective Action(s): Staff was directed to discard gloves. Rewash hands with warm running water, liquid soap, and dry with paper towel. Ensure all staff are following proper glove use and hand washing procedures. Do not wash gloves as they are not intended to be washed. Reviewed with management at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat observed in container was observed to be stored above cabbage (also in container, covered) in upright glass cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Ensure raw animal products are not stored above ready-to-eat food as they may potentially contaminate food below.

Observation: One mouse observed in a trap in kitchen. Note: No other recent signs of pest activity were observed.
Corrective Action(s): Remove mouse. It was stated that premises is serviced by pest control technician; however, report was not made available. Have premises reserviced and provide pest control report to the EHO. Continue to monitor for pest activity and clean and sanitize affected areas. Continue to keep food protected from contamination (containers with lids in use for dry storage).

Bleach water sanitizer available in buckets at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach. Reminder to store wiping cloths in buckets when not in use.
Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition.
Premises in general clean condition.
