Observation: - No chlorine detected in rinse cycle of bar glasswasher. Glasswasher not capable of effectively sanitizing glasses.
Note: Glasswasher was not in use at the time of the inspection. It was turned on at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): - Repair glasswasher so that it is capable of effectively sanitizing glasses. Until glasswasher is in good working order, use kitchen dishwasher to clean and sanitize glasses. Asst Mgr reported no events until Saturday. [Correction date: 21-Sept-2018]

* One cooler (Delfield #1) not turned on at time of the inspection. Only turned on when needed. Ensure cooler is at 4C prior to use.
- Undercounter freezer -12C
- High temperature dishwasher functioning and met sanitizing temperature requirement. Final rinse temperature 79C
- Bleach sanitizer solution present in spray bottles in kitchen and bar. >>200ppm chlorine detected. *Dilute solution to 100-200ppm chlorine. Post mixing instructions 2 tsp bleach per litre of water.
- No signs of pest activity noted.
- Ice machine appears clean/maintained.
