Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is acceptable. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer at adequate temperature. Cook with valid FOODSAFE level 1 is on site. Reviewed cooling procedure with a cook. Observed adequate cooling procedure. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle noted at 50 ppm chlorine. Hot holding measured >60C. No other concerns noted at this time.
