Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee machine steaming attachment is not sanitized after each use - attachment is wiped down with water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure steam attachment is sanitized with a food grade sanitizer after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Facility is use spray bottle of bleach to wipe down attachment after each use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One washroom and back handwash station did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle Mr Clean was labelled sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure chemicals are labelled to identify their contents. Mr Clean is not a food grade sanitizer. Bottle of Mr Clean was emptied at the time of inspection and refilled with 100ppm bleach sanitizer. Spray bottle was relabelled Bleach.

-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Front customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Prep coolers (3) along coffee line were at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Coffee area under counter freezer was at -18C.
-Back upright freezer was at -12C.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered. Baked food items by the order area protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
*Temperatures are checked and recorded daily - if temperatures exceed critical limits (refrigerator above 4C), staff should carry out corrective actions. This can include rechecking the temperatures, adjusting the cooler, moving the food, etc.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 15, 2027
