Routine Inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Washroom hand sink is fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers at 4c or below.
Walkin cooler at 3c.
Freezers at -18c or below.
Temperature logs are available and being recorded.
All dry storage items are being placed 6 inches off the floor.
Quat sanitizer is at 200ppm concentration in labelled spray bottles.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
Cleaning checklists/procedures are being followed as per corporate office.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.
Pest control is contracted to Orkin Pest Control.
Employee onsite has foodsafe certfication.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure to keep covers for make-table (insert cooler) closed at all times. This will help to keep temperatures of inserts at 4c or below at all times and prevent the growth of any pathogens.
2. Ensure to follow all sanitizing procedures as required by head office which includes changing sanitizer bottles on daily basis or as needed and then checking and documenting sanitizer concentrations.
3. Ensure to notify Environmental Health Officer when store will be closed for renovations. Employee onsite has provided an estimated date of October 9th 2018. Please contact Environmental Health Officer to confirm as soon as possible.
