Observation: 2 handsinks in kitchen with no paper towels - paper towel is out and there is no extra.
Correction: Ensure to equip all handsinks with commercial paper towels. Ensure dispensers are functional.

Corrections made:
- Handsinks are fully equipped.
- Sanitizer dispenser is fixed - dispensed sanitizer measured at 200ppm QUAT with test strips.
- Cleaning has been done regarding areas noted in the violation code 306 in the previous routine inspection.

Corrective items pending:
- Ensure to create a log to monitor time & usage of the chicken batter. Send a copy of the template to the undersigned for confirmation. Manager stated that ice is now put in the batter to keep it cold. Ensure to stir the batter frequently as surface temperature is warmer than the bottom of the batter container.
- Send a copy of the latest pest report to the undersigned for review.
