Corrective Action(s): All food prepped today, delivered today or defrosting has been moved to a different working cooler.
Milk probed at 8.9C has been discarded. Rice and other meat that been made the previous day discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher sanitizer on order, will arrive at the latest Monday Sept 18, 2023
Two three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing for cookware. Dishware will be used for events but owner stated that dishes won't be done over the weekend. Dish washing with dishwasher will be completed on Monday. There is sufficient dishware for all events planned over the weekend.
Please test dishwasher for 50-100ppm chlorine before using on Monday.
