Wrap station not in operation today (open Mon-Thu) GM on site said inserts are no longer held above the refrigeration line Plastic inserts have been replaced with stainless steel Sauces and less used toppings are not stored in the bottom of system Plastic air curtains have been installed at reach in cooler. Good! Temperature maintaining 3C at product level Construction of front area complete and as per approved plans.
