Observation: A bar of soap in the staff washroom; no paper towel in the staff washroom and at the hand sink near the prep. table.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove the bar of soap from the washroom (Note: Liquid soap is available in the wall-mounted dispenser).
Provide paper towel.

Observation: Small amount of the homemade yogurt found in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Yogurt must be discarded. All dairy produce must be purchased from approved certified source(s). Invoices must be available.
It is illegal to prepare yogurt for public use in the facility.

Observation: Uncovered pots with cooked food stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler (with a ladles in it).
Several uncovered food items in the prep. pizza cooler.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored off the floor and properly covered by lids all the time.

Observation: Accumulation of food debris & grease is noted.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning required:
- Around equipment (the prep. pizza cooler, chest freezer, prep.tables)/in hard to reach areas such as corners behind the equipment;
- All walls & doors;
- Prep. pizza cooler & fan hood;
- Rack shelves.
