- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- QUAT sanitizer measured at 200ppm
- All temps met health requirements
- Temperature monitoring log is kept up-to-date.
- Three-compartment sink is maintained. Proper procedure for washing and sanitizing Cutting boards is followed.
- Cleaning procedure for meat slicers is followed, spray in between uses and fully taken apart every 4 hrs
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- No obvious sign of pest at this date

Hot meal service:

- Dishwasher temperature registered at 71C at the dish surface
