Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel was available in the dispenser in the men's washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Operator refilled the dispenser during the inspection.
Ensure all handwash stations, including washrooms, must always be equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all time.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Sushi rice was detected with a pH of 4.0.
Sanitizer container was made available for in-use wiping cloths. 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected from the solution.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 75.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Food contact items/ utensils noted sanitary and in good condition.
Overall sanitation of the facility has greatly improved - keep up the great work.
No improper dispensers, without handles, were being used or stored in bulk food containers - good.
Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition.
Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - expires 2028.

Note: Minor mouse droppings (2 - 3) noted on the floor below the hot water tank. No other pest activities were noted in the facility. No activities were cited in their last pest control report. As per operator, building Manager has hired an external pest control company for the building as well. Please sweep, clean and sanitize this area and monitor for potential pest activities.
