1) Ensure handsinks are fully stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
2) Handwashing stations are for handwashing ONLY. Use the white sink as the mop sink and the small sink as the handsink. The remaining sinks are used for vegetable prep.

This is a repeat violation.

- monitor closely for pests, especially rodents as much of the store is outside the physical building
- upon random audit, no expired foods found
