Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Paper towels not available. 2) Handwashing basin has mop heads inside Corrective Action(s): CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED 1) Ensure handsinks are fully stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water 2) Handwashing stations are for handwashing ONLY.
