Observation: Surface sanitizer unavailable at the bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Provide a surface sanitizer for the bar area. The sanitizer must be available all the time.

Observation: It was no water at the kitchen hand sink, which located near the prep. table/near the dishwashing area at the time of inspection.
Staff turn on water; however, the faucet is leaking. Moreover, missing paper towel at this hand sink.
The violation has been discussed previously.

Corrective Action(s): Today. Service the hand washing sink faucet. Hot and cold running water must be available all the time.
Immediately. Supply the paper towel dispenser with paper towel. The hand washing sink must be properly supplied all the time.

General sanitation - satisfactory.
All coolers (walk in, two prep coolers, upright) < or = to 4 C.
Freezer (walk in) < or = to -18 C.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Liquid soap and paper towel available near the two-compartment sink; the cooking line, bar, and staff washrooms hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towel.
Food storage - satisfactory.
Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Dry storage area is satisfactory. Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
Staff washroom - satisfactory.

Bar:
Coolers at 4 C.
Hand washing sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
