Comments

- Freezers have been cleaned up. - Confirmed with the operator that all fresh seafood products are delivered from Rice World Supermarket (8777 Odlin Rd, Richmond) and the left over seafood items for the day are delivered back to the Rice World for further sorting/discarding. Refrigerated truck is used for all the deliveries. Operator stated that no items sold in Seafood World store is more than a day old as they are brought back to the Richmond store. - Store is allowed to sell prepackaged seafood items only. They should be correctly labelled with the name of the item and the date they were packaged. Operator confirmed that all the packaging & labelling is done in the Richmond store. - Recommendation given to have the display cooler temperature set at -1C to 2C for food quality and longer shelf life. It should be maintained at 4C or below at max. - Observation of temperature abuse violation in the future will result in the issuance of violation ticket(s) Correction Order rescinded.
