Observation: Operator presented the requested pest control reports. Operator reports pest control services are scheduled to service the premise tonight. 7 cockroaches observed on sticky trap.
Correction: 1) Do a deep clean of the kitchen to remove all grease built up and food debris.
2) Repair & patch leaky pipes, areas where water are leaking
3) Repair/patch/seal the walls, floors, tiles in the kitchen that provides harborrage of pests.
4) Remove all unused equipment stored above the walk in cooler and walk in freezer
5) Request a detailed report from the pest control service and comply with all recommendation. Please share the report to 540242@fraserhealth.ca
