Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize facility. All items are to be stored in designated areas, in a sanitary manner. All unused equipment is to be removed to free up space.

- Temperature Control: Monitoring required. Gauges are to be kept securely fastened inside all refrigeration units.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: Ok. Enusre all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use. All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner. (ie: Clean storage containers)
- Wiping cloth storage: Ensure all cloths used on food contact surfaces are being stored completely submerged, in a sanitizer at all times. Monitoring required. Test strips are to be kept on site.
- Food Storage: Ok. Enusre no implements are being stored in food containers.
- Chemical Storage: Ok.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Sanitation: Refer to Violation Notes.
- Staff Hygiene: Discussed.
- Garbage, Composting and Recycling Storage: Discussed. All items are to be stored in covered, food grade containers.
