Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following food products were VOLUNTARILY discarded due to time temperature abuse. Food product was held above 4 deg C for longer than 2 hours.
- Onion gravy (x2) = 8.5 deg C and 8.4 deg C
- Yogurt = 9.2 deg C
- Raita = 9.1 deg C
- Whipping cream = 8.6 deg C

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) At the start of the inspection, the low temperature dishwasher registered 0 ppm chlorine. Upon further inspection, the sanitizer chemical bottle was empty
2) Staff could not locate the food contact sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): 1) The sanitizer bottle was replaced and the dishwasher was run again and the chlorine concentration registered at 50 ppm chlorine. Ensure that all dishes that were washed today are put through the dishwasher again.
2) Fresh batch of food contact sanitizer was made, which registered at 100 ppm chlorine. Wiping cloth was submerged in the solution. All surfaces are to be sanitized

Observation: 10+ cockroaches identified on a sticky trap in the back corner beside the back upright glass door cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Staff indicated that the last licensed pest control visit was approximately 1-2 months ago. Staff indicated that the pest concerns were under control. However, licensed pest control services should be resumed to mitigate the current pest concerns. Email District Health Inspector with previous pest control logs and future logs as well.

Observation: Food debris noted underneath all of the equipment at the cookline.
Corrective Action(s): Increase frequency of cleaning hard to reach area, ensuring that the above-mentioned areas are cleaned.

Observation: The prep cooler was registering ambient air temperatures of 9 deg C in the top and bottom units. Internal temperatures of food product registered between 6-9 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or service prep cooler such that it can maintain temperatures at or below 4 deg C. Ensure that no potentially hazardous food product are stored in this cooler.
