Observation: Screen on screen door not properly affixed to screen door. Screen door does not completely close and leaves greater than 1/4 inch gap at the bottom.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure screen on screen door is properly affixed. Screen door to be repaired or replaced to ensure no gaps when door is closed to prevent pest entry. Screen door is not to be used until it is repaired or replaced. Back door must be closed at all times.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Spiders and spider webs noted in corners above standing cooler, on shelving that stores cleaned and sanitized pots and pans aross standing cooler, and in the chair storage area outside of the kitchen. Old mouse droppings noted under the handwashing sink. Debris and dust noted on floors and in hard-to-reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to ensure spiders and webs are removed. All stored pots and pans must be cleaned and sanitized again. Old mouse droppings are to be removed using a mild bleach solution at 100ppm. Floors are to be cleaned and sanitized as per the Sanitation Plan. Noted areas must be maintained in a sanitary condition.

Premises is used once per week as per staff.
Low-temperature dishwasher used for sanitizing dishware. Operator to ensure unit is capable of dispensing mild chlorine solution of at least 50ppm when in use.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Domestic refrigerator cooler noted at 4C or below.
Chest freezer noted at -18C or below.
Meat slicers noted in sanitary condition.
Chlorine bleach available on site for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Operator to ensure availability for patrons when site is in use. A mild chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Solution is to be replaced at least daily when patrons are on site.
Handwashing sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
Permit posted in a conspicuous location. Operator to renew decal for 2022-2023.
