Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Chemical dishwasher had no detectable chlorine sanitizer on the dish surface in the final rinse cycle.
2) Coffee steaming attachment is not sanitized after each use.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Chemical dishwasher must be able to provide a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface to allow for proper sanitizing of equipment and utensils. While dishwasher is being serviced, operator has prepared 100ppm chlorine in the 2-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
2) Coffee steaming attachment must be sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Bleach at 100ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.

Observation: 1) Chemical dishwasher had no detectable chlorine sanitizer. Attempted to prime dishwasher and chlorine was not dispensing.
2) Quats sanitizer dispenser had no detectable Quats sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Service chemical dishwasher to ensure it can provide 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse cycle. Technician has been contacted and will be on-site today.
2) Service sanitizer dispenser to ensure it can provide 200ppm Quats sanitizer. Technician has been contacted and will be on-site today.

-Back chest freezers were at -17C and -19C.
-Back upright freezer was at -18C.
-Dishwasher area freezer was at -9C.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice cream scoops stored in running dipper wells.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
