-Handwash stations (except for above mentioned violation) were equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
- All freezers at -18 deg C or less
- hot holding units at 60 deg C or greater
- Foods left at ambient temperatures are time stamped per food safety plan (ensure that all foods left out are consistently time stamped)
-Temperature records maintained daily
- 3 comp sink with Quats sanitizer in 3rd compartment at 200 ppm quats
- General sanitation satisfactory (ensure to continually mop/clean grease accumulation)
- No signs of pests at time of inspection
-FOODSAFE certified staff on site during inspection
- Permit posted in front area with valid decal
