-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory -Hot holding units >60 oC -Quats sanitizer 200 ppm -Log sheet is on site -FS trained staff available -Keep all opened bags of dry goods in sealed bin -Monitor daily for any rodent/pest activities and address them properly ** Better cleaning is required for hard to reach areas as discussed . **Orkin is checking the facility for pest activity- put extra traps ( sticky, snap, catch all) under equipment and along the wall. -Facility is going through renovation and full cleaning - pls submit details on renovation and time line via email to the area inspector.
