-Follow-up inspection to March 09, 2020. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing). -Rodent droppings have been cleaned and affected areas have been sanitized. Did not observe any pest activity at the time of inspection. -Did not observe cell phones placed on work surfaces at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
