There is currently no production onsite. BBQ sauces, confit and chocolates are made offsite by other manfacturers. Prepackaged bottled sauces (no refrigeration required), packaging materials and chocolates (prepackaged frozen) are stored onsite. The dishwasher is not connected. A handsink with soap and paper towels in dispensers, a 3-compt sink unit, and a mop sink are available. No concerns noted.
