Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upright salad cooler still not keeping food below 4C. Discussed with manager and unit serviced multiple times. Still a problem. Gauge same. Indicating 7.5 to 8.5 C.
Corrective Action(s): Removed all perishable foods that require refrigeration, opened or not. Manager to put sign on unit instructing staff to keep all perishables out. If it requires or is labelled keep refrigerated, do not store in unit until it is ok to do so by this office.
