1) Sanitizer solution at concentrations less than 200 ppm Chlorine - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Buckets of sanitizer changed; concentrations observed to be at 200ppm QUAT or greater
2) Dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm chlorine at the dish - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Dishwasher technician on site during inspection and repaired dishwasher; 50ppm Chlorine observed and all dishes/utensils run through dishwasher during inspection to ensure adequate sanitation has occurred
