Follow up inspection to Rpt#253059 -Kitchen handsink relocated as per approved floor plans Note: Paper towel dispenser to be moved to above the handsink -Take out area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels -Bar glass washer installation pending. Ensure final rinse temperature is at or above 71C at the plate level -Ice machine cleaned and sanitized -All food contact surfaces and dishes/utensils cleaned and sanitized -Accurate indicating thermometers in place -Revised food safety plan received -Cheque #36 in the sum of $62.50 made to Fraser Health received for the health operating permit fee Health approval granted to operate.
