- High temperature dishwasher has been repaired. Temperature reached 75.3C during the final sanitizing cycle. ** Staff tried to clean up the coffee grounds and dust build up underneath the coffee station but explained the build up was not able to be wiped up around the hoses etc. Vacuum would be used today to clean this area. Scrape up all the debris and vacuum. Wipe up all the surfaces and hoses. *** Premises is not allowed to produce any grease laden vapor as it has no adequate mechanical ventilation. Staff stated breakfast menu is prepared using the stove sometimes. Raw eggs and bacons were found in the cooler. Do not cook any food item that could lead to the production of grease laden vapor.
