Garlic butter on the cooking line has 2 hour timer label in use, the rest stored in the prep cooler.
Dipper well is operational and in use.
No scoops/ladles stored inside food with the handle in contact with food.
No food being cooled improperly at time of inspection.
Cleaning under the ice machine is done, still some spots of water.
This is probably due to fallen ice from scooping ice out of the ice machine, then the ice melts causing the pooling.
Remind staff to mop under the machine if they drop ice cubes.
Minor food debris under dry storage in the back, the manager will be following up with staff to ensure sanitation there is maintained.
Bar area sanitation is good, no fly activity detected at time of inspection.
