Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Bowls again observed in use for bulk foods in dry storage areas

-some foods not covered in the Walk-in cooler and kitchen cooking line area
Corrective Action(s): -To reduce hand contact with the food use only scoopers/ladels lodged in the food handle-up (or outside in a washable container

Observation: Some of the kitchen floor tiling has lost the grout and water/food debris is accumulating inbetwen the tiles -therefore these areas cannot be adequately cleaned

Noted areas are the tiles in the dishpit area, in front of the stove line and 2-compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): Clean the tiles and regrout inbetween tiles
