Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sink in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Equipment in good working order. All freezer units are at -18C or below. All cooler units at 4C or below. One hot holding unit in use at the time of inspection (gravy) at 76C. Temperature monitoring and logs in use. Chemical test strips in use. 200 ppm quats in use in spray bottles and 3 compartment sink. Dishwasher on site and operational but not in use as 3 compartment sink is adequate for operation. Food protected from contamination with food grade lids and covers. Dry storage is satisfactory. Permit posted in visible location. Facility is in compliance.
