Observation: 2 door sliding cooler measured to be at 12C.
Correction: DO NOT USE cooler to store food itmes that require refrigeration until it has been repaired/replaced so that it is able to produce 4C or lower at all times.

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CSAVBX and the following observations were made:
- Back area two door cooler measured to be at 0C
- Containers all observed to have closed lids
- The cooler that was to be removed is now going to be used in the premises again.
- Operator expressed interest in installing ice cream section in the store. Discussed hand washing sink and ice cream scoop well requirements with operator.
- Submit an updated floor plan when you wish to go forward with the project.
- All violations resolved
