Routine inspection conducted. -Hand wash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water, and hot hand dryer. -All cooler units are at or below 4C. -All freezer units are in working condition. -Hot holding units are able to hold food at 60C -High temperature dishwasher is able to achieve 71C at plate level -Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle is available and achieves 100ppm chlorine. Ensure this is prepared every morning -Dry storage is satisfactory -No signs of pest activity. Pest control is scheduled monthly
