- Coolers (walk-in, preps, stand-up, sliding door) are at < or = 4C
- Stand-up freezer is at < or = -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 75.6C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottles and from dispenser
- Food is generally covered and protected from contamination
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.

Bar
- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels (after correction)
- Bar coolers are at < or = 4C
- Glasswasher is available. 25 ppm iodine detected.
- Drink dispenser guns and holders are maintained
