Hand sink available with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water.
Glass washer final rinse at 12.5 ppm iodine sanitizer at the plate.
200 ppm quat sanitizer in use.
Bleach available as well.
Recommendation to keep chemical bottles properly labelled and to test dishwasher chemical sanitizer with logs.
Beer cooler at 1.6C creamers, chest freezer at -20C juice,
stand up cooler canned pop only at 6C.
