Follow up inspection: Hand washing sinks are clear. The meat slicer is clean. Cleaning has been completed. The storage shelving in the back needs additional cleaning to be completed this week. Cardboard is not being used on the shelves. No food handling issues noted during the inspection. Pest control has been onsite, report reviewed during the inspection.
