Routine inspection conducted.

Facility has kitchen upstairs and a shared storage shed located downstairs.

Kitchen:
- Temperature of cooler compartment of fridge recorded at 2.4C
- Freezer component of coolers measured at -15.7C
- 2 compartment sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 77C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- Temperature logs maintained. Good.

Storage shed/room:
- Temperature of dairy cooler recorded at 2.3C
- Meat freezer at -16C
- Freezer compartment at -15C and cooler component of fridge at 2.7C
- Dry food stored on shelving units and protected from contamination.

General:
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit posted in the kitchen.
