Routine inspection: General: Laundry services done onsite separate from personal items. Hand sink in washroom provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Flooring and lighting adequate. Threading: All threads single use. Facials: All lotions, creams, and oils dispensed. Towel for pillow changed after each client. No needles used. No extractors used. Tweezers only used to pluck hairs. Both tweezers and scissors disinfected in 70% isopropyl alcohol. Manicure/Pedicure: All semi critical metal nail implements disinfected in Preempt CS20 after use. All buffers, files, and sanding blocks single use. Operator to purchase metal foot files with single use stick on type abrasive material. Pedicure tub is filled into tub that is lined with disposable plastic liner. Bleach used to disinfect tub after use. Credo blades are single use and discarded into a designated hazardous waste container. Waxing: All wax sticks and strips single use. Paraffin wax is dispensed into single use plastic bags.
