Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen beef observed thawing in container at room temperature. This was relocated to walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen PHF's must be thawed either under refrigeration, running cold water or through the use of a microwave oven

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Droppings observed in pizza pan storage areas and dough making areas. Pasta carboard box observed chewed into. This was discarded.
Correction: Wash and sanitize ALL pizza pans and equipment currently stored on lower shelving.
Purchase hard plastic bins with tight fitting lids to store all pizza pans/equipment when not in use(Ie at night) until the pest problem has been eliminated.
Raise to top shelf any equipment currently being used to highest shelf.
Store all food items that can potentially be chewed into inside hard plastic bins with tight fitting lids until the pest problem has been eliminated.
