Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket by the hand sink at the drive thru area had 0ppm QUAT. Staff was advised to reprepare the solution at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure each bucket has 200ppm QUAT available for use at all times. Monitor and change the solution throughout the day.

Observation: Minor cleaning work required for the facility. Areas mentioned:
1) inside walk-in freezer - floor
2) surface of ice machine door
3) top surface and handle of dishwasher
Corrective Action(s): Ensure these areas are cleaned properly and do this on a more regular basis.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory; Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-200ppm QUAT available in bucket to hold wiping cloths, except the bucket mentioned above. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visit. No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
-General sanitation satisfactory, other than areas mentioned above. Refer to above.
NOTE: Discussed about storing staff personal meals on one side, if to store in walk-in cooler. Find a designated spot for staff mugs as well.
