- All handsinks are fully equipped. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Freezer at -18C or below. - Room temperature held toppings are time tracked - good. - Observed proper 3 compartment sink manual dishwashing method in practice- good. - Bleach sanitizer in buckets measured at 100ppm. - Ice machine in sanitary condition. - Staff holds valid certification for foodsafe level 1 equivalent course. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Some antbaits observed by the adjacent door - but no ant activity observed at the time of inspection. Ensure to keep doors closed at all times. - Ensure to do floor cleaning (wet cleaning) every day before cleaning as most of the ingredients used at the premises are prone to leaving sticky residue on the floor.
